Product Introduction

　　Hardox 450 is a premium quenched and tempered wear-resistant steel plate independently developed and produced by SSAB. It features higher hardness and stronger abrasion resistance compared with Hardox 400, while maintaining excellent toughness and processability. With a standard hardness of 450 HBW, it delivers 4–6 times longer service life than ordinary carbon steel. It effectively resists severe friction, impact and abrasive wear, greatly reducing equipment failure rate and maintenance costs. It is widely applied in heavy mining, cement industry, engineering machinery, waste recycling and other extreme wear working conditions.
